These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) define the relationship between Seller of items through the website and Fashion-Collector. By requesting Us to sell your item(s) on the Website you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Seller’s Terms, Our Term’s & Conditions, Privacy Policy any other terms and conditions that may apply.
If you choose to sell item(s) thought the Website and Fashion-Collector, You, not the Fashion-Collector, still own the item(s), even if we are in possession of your item(s).
If you are requesting to sell more than 5 items, you can request our free Concierge Pick-up Service and our team will come to you to collect and evaluate the items at your place.
Once we receive or pick up your item(s), we will send you an email with the confirmation. After we have farther carefully evaluated and authenticated your item(s), we will send you an email with the estimated prices, which you stay in charge of. We will send you a contract with all the items listed and with agreed prices for each of them, once you sign it, your items will be put on sale on our Website.
ACCEPTANCE, REJECTION OF THE ITEMS
We may, at our absolute discretion, refuse to accept any Item for sale for various reasons. If after receiving the item(s), and thorough examination, we decide to reject it, the Seller of the item(s) will be offered to pick it up from our warehouse upon agreed timing or for it to be shipped at Seller’s expense.
If we receive an item which is soiled and/or needs repair, we will email you and may offer to have the Item cleaned and/or repaired at your own expense and at your own risk. If you do not agree to the item being cleaned and/or repaired or you do not agree to the proposed cleaning or repair charge, we shall return the item to you at your expense.
